Marsala Fine Ambra Semisecco DOC - a dessert wine made from Grillo and Catarrato Grapes from Marsala, Italy. A brilliant amber colour, intense and embracing, it shows hints of orange, dried figs, dates and caramel, followed by woody and spicy hints of vanilla, coffee and chocolate, at least 1 year in oak barrels. Excellent for the preparation of meat and egg-nog and with confectionery products. Praised by chefs around the world for its versatility in the kitchen!
