Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $249.95 AUD (metro) and $299.95 AUD (regional).
Exclusions apply. Free shipping does not apply to beer, cases, bulk items, or any products where shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
Beer & Case Shipping
Shipping for beers, cases, and selected bulk items may be calculated separately at checkout. Delivery timeframes and shipping rates for these items are provided at checkout and calculated by our shipping partners.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to areas classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas, where alcohol is prohibited outside licensed premises. If your delivery address falls within a restricted area, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via email.

- All orders containing alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 years or over
- Proof of age may be required upon delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery fees may apply
