The supreme cognac! Created in homage to Louis DEAU, born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century. The LOUIS MEMORY cuvée is made mainly from very old Grande Champagne eau-de-vie, very rich in aromas, it denotes subtle flavors: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon. The palate is rich and generous with exceptional length.
